Common amenities like dining hall with mess facility, RO water supply, recreation
room and home theater are in the same premises.
Guest room for friends and family are available on request for overnight stay.
It has lawns around the homes and sit out areas to gather and interact with the
other inmates.
A beautiful swimming pool in front of the comfort homes will be an additional relaxation
area and provides underwater physical exercise for the elderly in keeping with the
current thinking of physiotherapy for the elderly.
A walking and jogging track is present around a well landscaped garden, in the middle
of which stands a aesthetically restored centuries old BURZ (watch tower) belonging
to the Asif Zahi Era.
Facilities for yoga, physiotherapy, beauty parlour, hair saloon have also been added
in the campus making it easy for the inmates to access their routine needs without
any difficulty.
