Locale:

  • 6 kms from ECIL X Roads and is adjacent to Prajasai Gardens - a Gated Community.
  • Situated between the two satellite townships of Rampally and Cherial
  • About 3 kms away from Singapore city and Infosys at Ghatkesar
  • Nearly 1.5 km from Outer ring road and 1 km from Cherlapalli mint and jail.

Plan is to start all the facilities on a small scale as a pilot project and then build up the facilities stage wise to complete the project.

Existing infrastructure at the site will be used towards this project

The basic amenities such as spacious land of 3.5 acres with landscaping, assured water supply with RO mineral water plant, electrical transformers, kitchen and dining facility, general stores, 24 hours security guards, round the clock ambulance and transport services to travel to the city are already present at the site.

Nursing College being in the same campus is an added advantage as the nursing staff can provide nursing care needed for the people living in the comfort home and assisted living facility.

Infrastructure:

  • Comfort Home housing 50 elderly and inhouse management team to serve them is being constructed.
  • Assisted Living Center housing 75 elderly is being planned to be constructed.
  • Charity sponsored housing units at nominal rates will also be available in the same campus
